Eight Affordable low-income housing units are coming to Glendale! The units are developed by Onyx Glendale, and are located downtown. Please see the chart below for the applicable requirements on available units.
Because of Affordable housing's high demand, qualified applicants will be entered into a randomized lottery that gives preference to those who live and/or work in Glendale. The process is otherwise unbiased.
Applications for the units will be available online on Monday, October 30th at www.onyxglendale.com/affordable. Individuals can also pick up copies of the application during normal business hours on Monday at the following addresses:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Applications for the units will be accepted from October 30th, 2017 to November 13, 2017.
To be included in the lottery, all applications must be postmarked no later than November 13, 2017.
Only one application per household will be accepted. Duplicate and incomplete applications will be disqualified.
